This last weekend my gym hosted a camp called super camp. super camp is a region 2 get together camp. Different coaches from all across the region come and share different techniques. The camp was two days. The first day we had four events and the second day we had three. We went to each event once over the two days. The events were Vault, Bars (we had twice), Beam dance, Beam tumbling, mental/shaping, dance and tumbling. It was a lot of fun! I learned how to do a double back on floor and a arial gainer on beam.
